7 Ingredient Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls

This recipe was made by our friend Lindsey Baruch, a Los Angeles based food photographer, recipe developer, food stylist + social media manager. When you need a little pick me up, things can go the sugar and empty carb way pretty quickly. Here's the fix—chocolate coconut bliss balls. All raw ingredients, super easy to whip up and an excellent way to satisfy cravings. Make for the week ahead so you're never without a homemade snack. 


  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 10-12 pitted Medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Almondmilk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt


To make your bliss balls, place your cashews in first in a food processor. Pulse until the nuts are evenly crushed. Next add your cacao powder, coconut oil, dates, chocolate almondmilk and coconut flakes then blend until thick paste forms.

Mold the mixture into balls, save or eat immediately. You can roll and mix toppings like cacao powder, coconut flakes or dipped in chocolate.
