INGREDIENTS
1 Apple, cubed
1/2 cup carrot juice
3 small oranges/mandarins or 1 large orange, peeled in segments
1 cup Califia Farms Original Protein Oat
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 cups frozen mango
METHOD
Blend up your apple, carrot juice, oranges, maple syrup, turmeric and protein oat until fully mixed and broken down. Once a juice like texture, add in your frozen mango. Blend well and serve.
