This recipe was made by our friend Lindsey Baruch, a Los Angeles based food photographer, recipe developer, food stylist + social media manager. - 2 cups spinach
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Better Half
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- serve with tortilla chips/vegetables
Add all your ingredients in a blender or food processor. Chill and serve with tortilla chips and vegetables.
