Buffalo Cauliflower with Ranch

This simple oven baked cauliflower is so delicious, featuring an easy plant-based ranch. Serve with celery + carrots for extra dipping.

 

INGREDIENTS

For the Cauliflower

1 cup Califia Farms Almondmilk

½ cup flour

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of cauliflower

 

For the Ranch

2 tablespoons Califia Farms Almondmilk

1/3rd cup plant-based mayo

1/4th teaspoon garlic powder

1/4th teaspoon dried parsley

1/4th teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

 

1 cup buffalo sauce

Serve with carrots and celery

 

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and floret your cauliflower.

Begin by making your cauliflower marinade by whisking together almondmilk, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper until incorporated. Toss in your cauliflower to coat.

On a lined baking sheet with parchment, add your cauliflower. Roast for 45 minutes.

In the meantime, make your ranch by mixing almondmilk, mayo, garlic, parsley, dill, vinegar and salt and pepper until combined. Prep your celery and carrots. Set aside.

Remove cauliflower from the oven and place in a bowl, toss with your buffalo sauce. Place back on the tray, and bake again for 10 minutes. Remove and serve with your ranch, celery and carrots.
