- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1½ cups Chocolate Coconut Almondmilk
- sea salt
- 1 banana, sliced
- Toppings: coconut flakes, blueberries, cacao nibs and maple syrup
In a quart-sized mason jar or sealable container, mix together the oats, Chocolate Coconut Almondmilk, and a couple pinches of sea salt. Cover, and refrigerate a minimum of 8 hours, or overnight (the soaked oats will keep several days in the refrigerator). When ready to serve, stir in the chopped banana, and transfer to serving bowls. Top with coconut flakes, blueberries, cacao nibs and maple syrup as desired.
