Two of our favorite things brew + oats make a powerful morning combo. Chef Erin Jensen sets us up for success with brew-fueled overnight oats.
Combine oats, almondmilk + cold brew, then let sit a minimum of 1 hour, or up to overnight in the refrigerator. Take serving bowl or mug + place 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs on the bottom, add oat mixture on top. Cover with the remaining tablespoon of cocoa nibs + some coconut cream. Serves: 2-3 servings
