Crispy Creamer Potatoes with Garlic Cream Sauce

These Crispy Creamer Potatoes can be recreated with any small potato, such as baby potatoes or fingerlings. Drizzle roasted potatoes with delicious, dairy-free garlic cream sauce for the perfect side dish or appetizer!

For the potatoes:

  • 1 ½ - 2 pounds creamer potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning

For the garlic cream sauce:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup vegan sour cream
  • 4 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 3-4 stalks of chives
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons Califia Farms Unsweetened Oat Creamer



  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Cut potatoes in half. Once water is boiling, add kosher salt and baking soda. Stir water gently and then add potatoes. Boil for 10-15 minutes, until fork tender, but not mushy.
  3. Remove potatoes from water and add to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add seasonings. Toss to ensure all potatoes are coated.
  4. Place potatoes cut side down on a baking sheet. Roast potatoes for 20 minutes in the oven. Flip the potatoes over and roast for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. While potatoes are roasting, add garlic, sour cream, sage, thyme, parsley, chives, and a pinch of salt to a food processor. Pulse for 15-20 seconds. Then add Califia Farms Unsweetened Oat Creamer and mix together.
  6. Drizzle the sauce on top of potatoes and enjoy!
