Blackberry Banana Smoothie  

Ingredients  

3⁄4 cup blackberries 
1 cup frozen bananas 
1 1/2 cups Califia Protein Oat Unsweetened Vanilla 1⁄2 tablespoon flax seeds 
1 cup chopped (handful) kale 
1 tablespoon almond butter  

In a blender, mix your Protein Oat Vanilla, bananas, blackberries, flax seeds, kale and almond butter. Blend until a smooth smoothie consistency forms. Serve and enjoy!  

 

Spinach Matcha Smoothie  

Ingredients  

1 tablespoons matcha 
2 cups frozen bananas 
2 cups spinach 
1 cup frozen mango 
1/2 cup coconut water 
1 cup Califia Protein Oat Original  

In a blender, mix your Protein Oat Original, matcha, banana, spinach, mango and coconut water. Blend until a smooth smoothie consistency forms. Serve and enjoy!
