Four Ingredient Chia Seed Chocolate Coffee Mousse

A dessert we don't feel guilty about? Yes, please! Chia seeds, cocoa + brew blended for a rich mocha flavor. Chef's tip: build a DIY dessert bar using chia mousse as a base + add toppings of choice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3⁄4 cup chia seeds
  • 21⁄2 cup Mocha Cold Brew
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1-2 tsp salt (or to taste)

Toppings:

Cacao nibs, raspberries, coconut cream or coconut whipped cream

METHOD

Place your chia seeds, cold brew mocha + cacao powder in a bowl, then place in the fridge for an hour or two, it should get into a thick-like consistency from the chia seeds which is what you want. Take out of the fridge + blend until a thick mouse is formed.

Place in a cup of your choice and top with raspberries, cacao nibs + coconut cream.
