Iced Matcha Boba

2 cups Califia Farms Oatmilk
1 cup boba
1 quart water
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons matcha powder
1/4th cup warm water for boba
2 cups ice to serve


In a pot, add 1 quart water and add in 1 cup boba. Cook and boil until the boba is soft and squishy, it should surface to the top of the pot when finished.
Drain and mix with maple syrup. Let the maple syrup combine for about 15-30 minutes. After that, drain and set aside.
In a bowl, add your matcha powder and warm water and mix with a bamboo whisk until all the clumps are removed and it’s all mixed together.
Get a glass and fill the bottom with boba, then add ice and your Oatmilk. To finalize the boba, add your matcha mixture between 2 cups. Mix and serve.
