Breakfast and caffeine in one delicious chia pudding.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ½ cups regular Unsweetened Almondmilk
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust more if you want more sweetness)
METHOD
In a mason jar or bowl, mix your chia seeds with almondmilk, vanilla extract, matcha powder and maple syrup. Mix well, cover and set in the fridge for 2hrs-overnight. Top with your favorite toppings the next day!
