Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

Breakfast and caffeine in one delicious chia pudding. 


  • 2 ½ cups regular Unsweetened Almondmilk
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust more if you want more sweetness)
Toppings: blueberries, raspberries, almonds


    In a mason jar or bowl, mix your chia seeds with almondmilk, vanilla extract, matcha powder and maple syrup. Mix well, cover and set in the fridge for 2hrs-overnight. Top with your favorite toppings the next day!
