- 1 cup Unsweetened Oat Creamer
- 3 ripened bananas
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut or almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Top with bananas, berries and cacao nibs
Mash your bananas in a bowl. Mix your dry ingredients and then your wet ingredients in the mixture. Mix well.
In a non stick skillet, add a scoop of your pancake mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve with bananas, berries and cacao nibs.
