Since we're all about making mornings easier + more delicious, Lindsey Baruch made it simple for us, coffee + oatmeal in one mug. Yum!
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 1/3 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk
- 1/3 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Creamer
- 1 cup quick oats
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp coconut butter
- Cashews (for garnish)
- Cinnamon (for garnish)
- Granola for garnish (get a refined sugar free, paleo kind)
In a small saucepan, bring water + almondmilk creamer to a simmer. Add quick oats + cook oatmeal until desired consistency. Add sugar + coconut butter + transfer to a mug. Froth your almond milk until foamy (you can use an egg beater, whisk or a frother). Top oatmeal with coffee, the frothy milk, granola, cinnamon + cashews.
