Peppermint Mocha Bliss Balls

Snack + caffeine in one Peppermint delight.

  • 1/4 cup Peppermint Mocha Cold Brew
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 12-13 medjool dates
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 6 tablespoons rolled oats


Add Peppermint Mocha, cacao powder, dates, chili seeds, vanilla, coconut oil and oats in a food processor until a dough forms (add more Peppermint Mocha if too dry).

Form into balls, and place in the fridge or freezer for a minimum of 2-3 hours. Serve and enjoy or keep in the freezer until ready to eat!
