Probiotic Peach & Raspberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Probiotic Dairy Free Yogurt
  • 1 1⁄2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

METHOD

In a blender, mix yogurt, peaches, raspberries and hemp seeds. Blend until a thick smoothie consistency forms. Serve and enjoy!
