Pumpkin & Apple Overnight Oats

1 cup Califia Farms Original Protein Oat

1 cup rolled oats

1/4th cup pumpkin puree

2 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/4th cup applesauce

Top with sliced apples, pomegranate seeds, almonds and pumpkin pie spice


In a large bowl, add and mix your protein oat, oats, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and apple sauce. Mix until all combined and store in the fridge for 5+ hours to overnight.

Remove from the fridge and place in your bowl of choice, top with sliced apples, pomegranate seeds, slivered almonds and pumpkin pie spice. Serve!
