- 1⁄2 cup Pumpkin Spice Creamer
- 2 cups frozen bananas
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 5 medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Top with pecans
In a blender, add your creamer, frozen banana, puree, pumpkin pie spice, dates and vanilla extract and blend until creamy.
Pour in a deep pan or dish and freeze for 3-4 hours. Top with pecans and scoop!
