Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups Pumpkin Spice Better Half
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • top with pecans


In a bowl or mason jar, add your pumpkin pie spice oats, better half, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup, mix well. Place in the fridge overnight. The next day, top with pecans and eat!
