1/4th cup Califia Farms Original Protein Oat

1/4th cup Califia Farms Pumpkin Spice Better Half

2 cups frozen banana

1/4th cup pumpkin puree

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

4 medjool dates

1/4th teaspoon turmeric

top with fresh bananas, pumpkin seeds + pumpkin spice


Place everything in a blender until a thick consistency forms (about 10-15 minutes), you want it thick and not runny like a smoothie so it may take more time to blend thick!

Transfer to bowls and top with sliced banana, pumpkin seeds and pumpkin spice.
