Raspberry Mousse

This Raspberry Mousse is a great refreshing and tart no-bake dessert or breakfast, made with a base of Califia Farms Mushroom OatMilk and fresh berries.


18 oz raspberries (set aside 3 oz for topping)

1 cup strawberries

2 cups cashews, soaked overnight or boiled and drained for 20 minutes

1/4th cup maple syrup

½ tablespoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice 

½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste

½ cup cup coconut cream

1 cup Califia Farms Mushroom Oat Barista Blend

Top with raspberries and strawberries


Soak your cashews, drain and set aside. 

In a blender, add your raspberries, strawberries, soaked cashews, maple syrup, coconut oil, lemon juice, vanilla bean paste, coconut cream and Mushroom Oatmilk until smooth.

Transfer in small ramekins, and store in the fridge overnight.

The next day, take out of the fridge and top with raspberries and strawberries!
