Rose Tea Latte

A fragrant cup of rose petal tea blended with creamy hemp oat milk is a wonderfully soothing drink to enjoy while relaxing.


1 ½ tbs rose petals
¼ cup hot water
¾ cup Hemp Barista Blend
1/16 tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp vanilla essence
2-3 tsp agave
Few drops of beet juice, optional


Add hot water to a small cup along with the rose petals and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

While the tea is steeping, warm the Hemp Barista Blend in a small saucepan on medium-low heat until desired temperature is reached.

Add the warmed Hemp Barista Blend to a small bowl followed by cardamom, vanilla, and agave. Add a few drops of beet juice until desired color is achieved.

Place a frother in the milk for 30 seconds, or until a thick foam forms on top of the milk mixture.

Strain the rose petal tea into a cup and top with the frothed milk mixture.

Enjoy immediately and garnish with a few rose petals if desired.

To make the beet juice
Simply cut the bottom off of a cleaned beet, and using a grater, grate off about 1-2 tbs. Place the grated beet into a fine mesh sieve held over a small cup and press down with the back of a spoon. This should give you a few drops of juice you can use to color your drink.
