Salted Caramel

Plant based salted Caramel Sauce that you can use in many different ways to level up your breakfast toast game or topped over ice cream for an extra decadent flare! 


1 cup granulated sugar 
¼ cup water  
¼ cup cup Vanilla Oat Creamer 
¼ kosher salt  
2 slices sourdough, toasted  
1 bananas, slices 



To a medium pot, add sugar, water, and bring to a boil. Keep boiling until golden brown, without stirring at all. Then add Califia's Vanilla Oat Creamer, salt and stir to combine.  

Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Then transfer to a container. It will harden a little when completely cooled, heat in the microwave for 20 seconds and use accordingly.  

Drizzle on toast with bananas, oatmeal or ice cream!
