INGREDIENTS

1 cup strawberries
1 cup sliced beets
1 cup frozen bananas
1 tablespoon flax seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon Maca powder
1 1/2 cups Oatmilk

METHOD

Place all your smoothie ingredients in a blender, pulse and mix until smoothie. Pour in cups and serve.
