Strawberry & Cream Chia Pudding

  • 2 1⁄2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
  • 1 1⁄2 cups sliced strawberries (and more for topping)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


In a blender, mix your almondmilk, strawberries and maple syrup until smooth and blended well.

In a bowl add your mixture in and add your chia seeds. Cover in the fridge for 2hrs-overnight. Top with coconut cream and sliced strawberries.
