METHOD

In a blender, add your avocado, frozen banana, frozen mango, avocado, spinach and flax seeds. Turn on your blender. Start off on a slower speed and speed up as you blend; be patient and try not to add more liquid so you can get that thick, ice-cream and smoothie bowl consistency. Keep shaking and pushing so that everything gets blended but not too watered down and still thick. Once everything is incorporated and super thick, serve in your bowl and top with fresh mango and flax seeds.
