Sweet Potato Fries with Ranch


You can never go wrong with fries. These Sweet Potato Fries are accompanied by a delicious non-dairy "ranch" made with our Oat + Almond Blend, making them a great go-to appetizer or side dish.

Prep Time: 10 minutes 

Total Time: 50 minutes 



  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut in wedges/fries 
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder or cayenne 
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

For the ranch:

  • 1/4 cup Califia Farms Oat + Almond Blend 
  • ½ cup vegan mayo  
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley  
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill  
  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 



      1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. On a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out your sweet potato wedges and toss with salt, pepper, chili, paprika and olive oil. Toss well and roast for 40-45 minutes (flipping about halfway) until tender inside and crunchy on the outside. 
      2. While your sweet potatoes are roasting, make your ranch. In a small bowl, whisk together Califia Farms Oat + Almond Blend, vegan mayo, garlic, onion, parsley, dill, vinegar and salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Let sit in the fridge until your fries are ready.
      3. Serve together and enjoy!
