You can never go wrong with fries. These Sweet Potato Fries are accompanied by a delicious non-dairy "ranch" made with our Oat + Almond Blend, making them a great go-to appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut in wedges/fries
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder or cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the ranch:
- 1/4 cup Califia Farms Oat + Almond Blend
- ½ cup vegan mayo
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. On a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out your sweet potato wedges and toss with salt, pepper, chili, paprika and olive oil. Toss well and roast for 40-45 minutes (flipping about halfway) until tender inside and crunchy on the outside.
- While your sweet potatoes are roasting, make your ranch. In a small bowl, whisk together Califia Farms Oat + Almond Blend, vegan mayo, garlic, onion, parsley, dill, vinegar and salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Let sit in the fridge until your fries are ready.
- Serve together and enjoy!
