Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sweet potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Almondmilk Creamer (use Unsweetened for Whole30)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Top with slivered almonds, sliced banana and ground turmeric


METHOD

Set your oven to 400 degrees and slice your sweet potatoes in half. Mix with oil and cinnamon. Roast for 45-1hour until soft.

Scoop your sweet potato out and place in a blender with creamer and turmeric. Blend until smooth. Chill for 1 hour and top with almonds, bananas and turmeric.
