- 2 sweet potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Almondmilk Creamer (use Unsweetened for Whole30)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Top with slivered almonds, sliced banana and ground turmeric
Set your oven to 400 degrees and slice your sweet potatoes in half. Mix with oil and cinnamon. Roast for 45-1hour until soft.
Scoop your sweet potato out and place in a blender with creamer and turmeric. Blend until smooth. Chill for 1 hour and top with almonds, bananas and turmeric.
