- 24 frozen ice cubes of Califia Farms Tart Cherry Lemonade (about 2-3 cups)
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- Pour Califia Farms Tart Cherry Lemonade into two standard freezing trays and freeze until cubes are solid, about 4 to 5 hours. This should yield around 24 ice cubes.
- Once mixture is frozen, add ice cubes to a blender, along with frozen cherries, lemon juice, sugar, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Add the sorbet to a freeze safe container and freeze overnight until completely solidified. To serve, scoop the sorbet with a spoon or ice cream scoop and enjoy!
