Wake up to a different kind of smoothie. This turmeric chai smoothie bowl, has incredible anti-inflammatory benefits thanks to turmeric and is packed with energy thanks to banana and almond butter. It's also made creamy and delicious with Oatmilk, cinnamon, chia tea and maple syrup. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup Oatmilk
  • 2 tablespoon chai tea
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • Toppings: fresh banana, turmeric, cinnamon, cacao nibs

METHOD

Blend up your oat milk, chai tea (steep a tea bag), turmeric, cinnamon, maple syrup, almond butter and frozen banana to create a thick ice-cream like consistency. Pour in a bowl and top with banana, turmeric cinnamon and cacao nibs.
