These tasty, colorful vegan gelatin shots are perfect for a fun and festive Valentine’s Day.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup + 2 tbsp White Grape Juice2 tbsp Vanilla Oat Milk
1 tsp Hibiscus Powder
2 tsp Agave
1/2 tsp Agar Agar Powder
2 oz Malibu Rum
METHOD
To a medium saucepan add the white grape juice, oat milk, hibiscus powder, agave, and agar agar powder, and whisk to combine.
Set the pan over medium heat, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes while stirring often.
Remove the pan from heat and whisk in the Malibu Rum.
Transfer the liquid to a cup with a spout and divide the mixture between two 12 count mini heart-shaped molds.
Place the molds on a small baking sheet and transfer to the refrigerator to chill until set, about 1 hour.
Carefully remove each heart from its mold and enjoy right away.
