Nashville Hot Cauliflower

We love this Nashville Hot Cauliflower recipe as the cauliflower holds marinades and flavors so well, with adjustable spice level to your liking!

Ingredients

2 heads of cauliflower, torn into florets
1 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Almond Creamer
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup white rice flour
2 tablespoon tapioca powder
Salt + pepper to taste

 

For the sauce:
2 tablespoons hot sauce

1 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon cayenne

2 teaspoons chili powder

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon vinegar

Bread + pickles of your choice

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Marinate cauliflower in Califia Farms Unsweetened Almond Creamer, hot sauce, maple syrup, spices, oil, flours, tapioca powder, and salt and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Place on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 1 hour until crisp throughout and cooked inside.

In the meantime, make the sauce by mixing up the spices, hot sauce, maple syrup, oil, and vinegar.

Remove cauliflower from the oven and mix with the sauce. Serve with bread and pickles. Enjoy!
