Baked Plantain Chips with Garlic Dip

Ingredients

2 thinly-sliced green plantains
Coconut or avocado oil spray
1/2 cup vegan mayo
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place thinly sliced green plantains on baking sheet.

Spray with coconut oil or avocado oil and season with salt. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.

For the garlic dip, combine vegan mayo, garlic, Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk, lime juice, and salt and pepper to a food processor. Pulse until combined. Taste and adjust with salt or pepper as needed.
