Get all your vegetables in with these Veggie Spring Rolls with Soy Ginger Sauce, using Califia Farms Unsweetened Oatmilk!

Ingredients

5-6 spring roll wrappers
1 mango thinly sliced
2 Persian cucumbers thinly sliced
2 bell peppers thinly sliced
1 bundle basil

Soy Ginger Dressing:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons Califia Farms Zero Sugar Oatmilk
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon chili oil

Directions

Begin by making your dressing by mixing soy sauce, minced ginger, Zero Sugar Oatmilk, rice wine vinegar, and chili oil in a bowl. Set aside.

Prep your veggies by cutting mango, cucumber, bell pepper, and basil into matchstick-like sticks.

Wet your spring roll wrappers so they are able to fold (let soak for no more than 10-12 seconds.)

Add your vegetables and wrap the rice paper to form tight spring rolls.
