Mango Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups coconut cream

1/2 cup Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almondmilk

1 can coconut condensed milk

2 cups mango

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Add coconut cream to a bowl and whisk using a handheld mixer. Once creamy, add Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almondmilk and continue whisking. Then, add coconut condensed milk.

Blend mango into a purée and whisk it into the bowl until well combined. Optionally, add vanilla extract for a hint of vanilla flavor in the ice cream.

Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 6 hours. Once ready to serve, let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before scooping into cones. Enjoy!
