Strawberry Soft Serve
We’re cherishing the last bites of summer strawberries with this Strawberry Soft Serve!

Ingredients
3 ounces Califia Farms Extra Creamy Oatmilk, plus more as needed
8 ounces frozen strawberries
1 ½-2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions

Add the ingredients to a blender or food processor in the order listed. Blend, adding additional Extra Creamy Oatmilk as needed, until a smooth, soft serve-like texture forms. Taste and add additional sweetener if preferred.

Transfer to a plastic bag fitted with a piping star. Secure the top, and transfer to the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm up slightly. Cut off the tip and pipe into two glasses in a swirling motion.

Garnish with rainbow sprinkles and enjoy right away!
