Buffalo Cauliflower with Ranch

This simple oven baked cauliflower is so delicious, featuring an easy plant-based ranch.

Ingredients

For the Cauliflower:
1 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 head of cauliflower

For the Ranch:
2 tablespoons Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk
1/3 cup plant-based mayo
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup buffalo sauce
Serve with carrots and celery

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400ºF and floret your cauliflower.

Make your cauliflower marinade by whisking together almond milk, flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then, toss in your cauliflower to coat.

On a lined baking sheet with parchment, add your cauliflower, and roast for 45 minutes.

In the meantime, make your ranch by mixing together almond milk, mayo, garlic, parsley, dill, vinegar, and salt and pepper.

Prep your celery, carrots, and set aside.

Remove cauliflower from the oven and place in a bowl, toss with your buffalo sauce.

Place back on the tray, and bake again for 10 minutes.

Remove and serve with your ranch, celery, and carrots.
