Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte

You can now make our favorite Peet’s Coffee Iced Vanilla Almond Matcha Latte at home! Enjoy this delicious spring beverage.

1 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder

2 tablespoons warm water

1 cup Califia Farms Almond Barista Blend

Almond milk ice cubes, optional (freeze almond milk in cubes)


For the vanilla syrup:

2 teaspoons sugar

10 milliliters hot water

Splash of madagascar vanilla extract

Make matcha by whisking matcha powder with warm water in a "W" or "M" motion until fully combined and smooth.
Make madagascar vanilla syrup by combining sugar, hot water, and a splash of madagascar vanilla extract.
Pour ice cubes into a glass. We froze almond milk into cubes and used these, but regular ice will work as well. Top with Almond Barista Blend, vanilla syrup, and lastly, pour over matcha.
Sip and enjoy!
