Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

Breakfast and a caffeine boost, all in one delicious chia pudding.

Ingredients

2 ½ cups Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon matcha powder
1 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust if you want more sweetness)

Toppings: blueberries, raspberries, almonds

Directions

In a mason jar or bowl, mix your chia seeds with almondmilk, vanilla extract, matcha powder and maple syrup.

Mix well, cover and set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
