Ingredients
lime juice from 1/2 a lime
4 mint leaves
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces Califia Farms Coconut Barista Blend
Ice
Sparkling water
Directions

In a shaker, muddle lime juice from 1/2 lime with 4 mint leaves.

1/2 ounce simple syrup, adjust to taste.

Add 2 ounces Califia Farms Coconut Barista Blend and ice. Shake, then pour into a glass.

Top with sparkling water, garnish with lime and mint!
