Cold Brew Smoothie

This Cold Brew Smoothie is the best of both worlds to keep you cool and energized for the summer!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2

4–6 cold brew ice cubes (made with Califia Farms Pure Black Unsweetened Cold Brew Coffee)
1 frozen banana, sliced
1–2 dates, chopped
1–2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
1/2 cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk (optional)
1 scoop of your choice of plant-based protein powder (optional)

Topping: whipped coconut cream

Combine ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed, for 1-2 minutes.
If you feel it is too thick for your liking, add additional Almondmilk to thin out. If you feel it is too thin for your liking, add additional ice cubes (regular or cold brew) to thicken.
