S’mores Pudding

This S’mores Pudding is perfectly sweet with a combination of your classic s’mores flavors and it’s so easy to make!

Ingredients

8 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
1/2 cup Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 graham crackers, crushed
2 handfuls of vegan marshmallows

Directions

Add ingredients to food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides down as you go.

Add additional Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend, as needed, to reach desired consistency.

Take two small jars and divide the crushed graham crackers between the two.

Then divide the pudding between the two and finally top with some marshmallows.
