Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl

Blend up something sweet with this Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl, perfect for fall mornings.

Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup Califia Farms French Vanilla or Unsweetened Almondmilk Creamer
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Top with slivered almonds, sliced banana, and ground turmeric

Directions

Set the oven to 400°F and slice your sweet potatoes in half.

Mix with oil and cinnamon. Roast for 45 minutes to an 1 hour until soft.

Scoop your sweet potato out and place in a blender with Califia Farms French Vanilla or Unsweetened Almondmilk Creamer and turmeric.

Blend until smooth. Chill for 1 hour and top with almonds, bananas, and turmeric.
