Your new favorite fall breakfast is here! These Pumpkin & Apple Overnight Oats are made with Califia Farms Original Protein Oat and are super easy to make.

Ingredients

1 cup Califia Farms Original Protein Oat
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup applesauce

Top with sliced apples, pomegranate seeds, almonds and pumpkin pie spice

In a large bowl, add your protein oat, oats, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and apple sauce. Mix until combined.

Store in the fridge for 5+ hours to overnight.

Remove from the fridge and place in your bowl of choice. Top with sliced apples, pomegranate seeds, slivered almonds, and pumpkin pie spice.
